Went in for an unscheduled blood draw. I was in the chair within 10 minutes and blood being drawn. She phlebotomist was very careful and caring, as I'm a baby when it comes to needles. Dr Lao called a couple days later and reviewed the lab results with me. Dr Lao is a very caring Dr who takes the necessary time to listen and discuss different options. Very pleased with A+.

They were all very nice. Became ill while traveling, so on the 2nd day of not being able to keep anything down, I sought help. Dr. Allen gave me medicine which allowed me to hydrate. I was well enough to travel the following day. I appreciated their kindness.

I love A+ Total Care. Every provider I have seen gives me the time I need and has made me feel better. Being on Medicare, they don't differentiate between high-powered insurances and Medicare in serving you. A+ gets an A+ from me.
